Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package the item(s) with the original tags attached and include your RAN. Ship to:

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
